Return Policy

Our collections are created to share a voice of change; change in how we think about our clothes, the artist that make them and the actual fabric it is made from.

For our Resort wear collection, we are not producing mass quantities of garments, but rather we are offering an opportunity for our clients to order through a 4-week pre order window and at the end of the pre order window all orders will be madeThis is explained to help describe the made to order processAny Evening wear made to order items, the time for production will be provided at the time of order, this is determined by what materials we have in stock for the design. 

All garments and accessories will be made through fair trade and shipped within a 4 to 5 -week window after the pre order window has closed.  

• You may cancel your order during the pre-order timeframe and receive a full refund.
• You may cancel your order during the production timeframe for a partial refund.
• If for any reason you receive the garment and it was not what you ordered, as referenced in your order form/receipt, we will review our inventory and work hard to correct the issue; however, if the item you wished to receive was not produced, then a credit will be issued for a future purchase.

We are working towards having opportunities for our clients to resale back to our company and we will, in the most circular way possible, resale from our site or at shows.

Pre Order Timeframe:

  1. Pre Order: October 10th to Nov 7th (4 weeks) 
  2. Production: November 10th  to December 8th  (5 weeks) 
  3. Ship date: December 12th (3 days days) 

 

Each garment will be made to order, this means it is not made until it is ordered.

Each piece is made in a particular size and fabric, once the order made and shipped it not be returned or exchanged. 

Any sample item or discounted (sale) item is not returnable. We may have an opportunity in the future to resale gently used items, more to come.
